Knock-Down Utility Worktable Plans

Build a full-size worktable when you need it—and reclaim the shop space when you don't.

The CSC-001 Knock-Down Utility Worktable uses four removable A-frame leg assemblies and two crossmembers to create a sturdy, reusable support system. Add three ordinary 2×4 runners and whatever suitable sheet material you have on hand to create the work surface you need.

Originally built in 2000, the same support assemblies are still in regular use more than 25 years later for woodworking, assembly, painting, garage sales, and general-purpose temporary work surfaces.
